How do I return an item?

We want you to love everything that you buy from us. Happens next to never, but on the off chance you need to return an item, this is what you need to do.

If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we will be happy to offer you an exchange or a full refund of your purchase price, assuming that returns are made within 30 days of your purchase and that returned items are in their original condition. We regret that items that are made-to-order cannot be returned.

You are responsible for return shipping costs. You are also responsible for adequate packaging of a return. Pack the return well, the same way you received it. Please use common sense when wrapping items; you should use the original packaging, wrap each item in protective materials, place it in its own box, use an outer box with filler materials, and when in doubt, wrap it some more. Use a shipping method which will provide you with a delivery confirmation.

Please include the following information in the package:

  • the invoice number
  • the 'bill to' person's name
  • phone number
  • email address
  • the reason for the return

Upon arrival of your package, we will inspect the items, and then credit you the full amount of your product cost.

Z Folio Gallery is open 10:30 am to 8 pm PST Monday through Sunday. If you don't reach us, please leave us a message with your name and telephone number. We will respond to email and voice mail promptly. To expedite your email or call, please have handy the order reference number for the item(s) you wish to return. You will find this reference number on the invoice included with your original package, as well as within the order and shipping confirmation emails we sent to you.
