Standard Ground shipping is FREE to customers in the United States and Canada. Orders for in-stock merchandise normally leave our facilities in California the following business day after they are received. We will send you an email when your order ships, and the email will contain a tracking number for you to easily track the progress of your package. Tracking information for orders in progress can also be viewed by logging into your account, which you will be offered to create when you place an order.
Standard FREE shipping methods are:
- 48 continuous United States - United Parcel Service (UPS) Standard Ground, which takes 2-6 business days.
- Alaska and Hawaii - United States Postal Service, Priority Mail, which takes 2-3 business days.
- Canada - United States Postal Service, Parcel Post. Customers in Canada will be responsible for all fees and duties imposed by Canadian customs authorities.
We only ship to customers in the United States and Canada at this time. If you live in another country and would like to place an order, please email us first at customerservice@zfolio.com for a shipping quote.
Expedited shipping
If you need your order sooner than our free standard shipping provides for, select expedited shipping at checkout. The charge for all expedited orders is $18.
About shipments damaged in transit
Every order ships fully insured. On the very rare occasion when something breaks in transit, you must report the damage to us within two days after delivery. Call or email us with your order number, which can be found on the enclosed invoice and/or on the package itself, your name, email address, and telephone number.
Keep all original packaging materials along with the damaged item. You will need to give them to the shipping company when they pick them up.
We will promptly send you a replacement item or issue a refund, whichever you choose, as soon as the damaged item is picked up by UPS. |
