World Class Designers Stunning Creations Below Market Opening Bids Benefiting a Variety of Great Charities Goal Our goal is to share and make available to you, our most supporting clients, on a regular basis, special creations crafted by our world class designers in glass, jewelry and photography. How it works Twice a month we will select a designer and feature one or more of his or her creations for auction. The minimum opening bid will always be well below the market. Any amount over the opening minimum will be donated to a charity of the highest bidder’s choice. If no choice is made, the gallery will select one of many great causes and make the donation in the name of the winning bidder. How to participate If you are enchanted by one of the creations, make a bid via email, gallery@zfolio.com, or by calling us at 805 693-8480. Bids are made in good faith and are binding. We will need your name, address, phone number and email address, and the amount of your bid. Each auction will have three escalating blind-bid cycles over ten days. After three days we will post at this site and via email the highest bid. This will set a new minimum bid for the second round. After three days we will post the highest bid which will establish the minimum bid for the third and final, three day, bidding cycle. The highest bid in round three becomes owner of the creation. If for any reason the winning bidder defaults, ownership will transfer to the next highest bid.
